ESPN Chalk’s NFL Vegas experts (Phil Steele and Erin Rynning) are here to provide analysis and best bets for Monday night’s tilt between the Dallas Cowboys at Arizona Cardinals. John Parolin of ESPN Stats & Information breaks down the best prop bets.

Mike Williams, WR, Los Angeles Chargers, back: Williams returned to practice for one day last week but increased his involvement in practice this week. Daily practice even on a limited basis is an encouraging sign for the rookie. The Chargers will not rush him, but his status is worth monitoring.

Tyler Eifert, TE, back, and John Ross, WR, knee, Cincinnati Bengals: Eifert appeared destined to miss this game early in the week, as he was absent from practice on consecutive days. After sitting out again on Friday, he was ruled out in advance of the game. Ross, whose NFL debut was off to an inauspicious start with a fumble on his first touch, was limited in Wednesday’s practice with an illness. He was out Thursday and Friday because of his knee (he missed Week 1 while still recovering from the sprained knee he suffered in the preseason) and was also ruled out in advance of the weekend.

This is a wonderful, wonderful country with things that we can improve, and that’s all those guys were trying to do was improve some things. Maybe he should lead another country because this isn’t the country where peaceful protest is unacceptable. That’s what this country is built on.” Long stood with teammate Malcolm Jenkins, who raised his fist during the anthem.
